Your fortune I could tell.”

She narrated,

A life of riches and bliss;

The next line she felt jaded —

A life of old age and kids.

A life she hated,

Would be her not being in his.

Maybe they weren’t fated,

But in this life,

She wants only him to smooth her wisps.
